Mar 22, 2016 1:33 AM in response to Curly0675by micronzx,Hi. I've bought a brand new iPhone 5s on February 18th but it says "$9.99", Isn't free anymore? The prior link to the other post doesn't help too much...

Apr 2, 2016 8:03 AM in response to micronzxby meorazry,I have exactly the same problem.
I have bought iPhone 6s Plus 128GB running iOS 9.3.1 in March 2016.
I believe I am very much eligible for the free Apple Apps (iWorks).
It was not pre-installed in my phone.
If I try to download this app, it shows as USD9.99 per app, not free.
A chat with Apple voice support doesn't help at all.
She actually told me I have to pay for these apps, which I strongly believe I am not suppose to.
