Q: Stop failed purchases

How can I stop the failed purchases in IOS 9 iPhone 5S

I am trying to download an app on my iPhone, of course it ask for password, I gave the password and it is directing to the payment method, and throwing an error that the previous purchase is failed and update the details. Now I don't want to purchase and change my payment method to NONE.

How can I do that

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

Hi there ramnanduri,

It sounds like you are trying to change your payment method to None on your phone for your Apple ID. This article should help you do that:

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information
