Jan 6, 2016 3:36 AM in response to Saad587by turingtest2,★HelpfulThe usual reason that credit cards fail to validate is that there is some minor discrepancy between the details that you enter and those that your financial institution have on file for you, for example Rd. vs Road. Check your statement and make sure the details match.
There are normally some hoops you can jump through as you create your iTunes account that workaround the need for a card, otherwise once the account is set up iTunes may still expect you to provide one, which you can subsequently remove. If you don't have or want to use a credit card at this time you can try this method...
- Enable the menu bar if needed with Ctrl+B (Applies to Windows only)
- Sign out of the iTunes Store from the Store item on the menu bar
- Go to iTunes Store home page
- Go to Quick Links > Redeem
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Go through the screens, accepting the EULA, etc. You should arrive at a Review Payment screen where one of the options is None - select this and continue. You shouldn't actually need to redeem a new voucher/card.

Jan 6, 2016 5:51 AM in response to Saad587by fromsouth,The restriction you are referring to about limit of three icloud accounts creation has nothing to do with ios 9 - it is for every apple device. You can still use instructions that tt provided it will not reflect negatively or otherwise, you still will not be able to sign in to icloud with account number 4 unless it is created on other APPLE device/computer.
