Q: Since downloading OS X El Capitan, iTunes won't sync music to my iPhone 4s.

An error message came up ton my computer his morning (I had tried sync my iPhone last night), that said it could not connect to the iPhone update software. So possibly when I upgraded to OS X El Capitan, something happened to iTunes?

Jan 6, 2016 6:31 AMby Limnos,https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7163823 - If you have signed up for Apple Music or iTunes Match you won't have the option to manually manage or sync music to a device in iTunes. Music syncing is done through iCloud and all your eligible music should appear there. Movies can still be synced.
