Q: Cant delete visa gift card info off of account and now I can't even purchase free apps.

How do I delete a Visa gift card off of my account. choosing "none" is not a option.

You will need to add another payment method before you can remove that one, if None is not an option. Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
