Otherwise, make an appointment at the Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar and take it in for service. If you are not in the USA or cannot set up an appointment this way, then contact your local Apple Store directly.

Jan 6, 2016 8:26 AM in response to lance3040by Lanny,You might get more responses if you post to the 13" MacBook (2006-2010) forum area, as this one is for the new 2015 12" Retina MacBook that doesn't have a user removable battery.
I requested that your post be moved there yesterday, but that didn't happen.
