Q: I bought an iphone on 18th Oct. 2014, since that i had buy two apple lighting cables and both of them broke quite easily, now please tell me whether u will refund me for your worst quality cables or would decrease the reputation of your brand!

Please consider important!

    This is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here. Take the faulty products wherever you bought them (or contact them by email if you bought them online).

    1. We cannot refund you anything at all. And its not "our" brand. This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple here, only other users like yourself.

     

    2. Its quite abnormal to have them break unless you are doing something to them. I've still have the lightning cable that came with my iPhone 5, 3 years ago, and its perfectly fine.

     

    My iPhone 6 lightning cable from around 9 months ago still in perfect condition.

     

    Perhaps you would like to go back and look at how you are handling the cables that is leading to breakage.
