Q: Connect AEBS to Sky Fibre without two networks
I'm going to apologise now if I sound completely inept in this post.
I have Sky Fibre and just bought an AEBS to try and improve my speed and range (I have a Macbook, iMac, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones 1 ATV and a couple of other devices running off our wifi).
I have the black Sky broadband router and the white BT Openreach box for the fibre (apparently this is the only way Sky do it).
I got the AEBS set up with our own new network by connecting it via ethernet to the Sky Router. However it now has two networks (which isn't the end of the world but is annoying).
Is there a way for me to connect the AEBS to the BT Openreach fibre box? I've tried using just an ethernet cable the way it's connected to the Sky router but that doesn't work.
Or is there a way to get rid of the Sky network we have and just use the box to let the AEBS connect to the internet through it?
Thanks for your help.

Based on your current networking situation, you will most likely best be served by leaving the new AirPort Extreme connected to the Sky router by Ethernet. To have a "single" Wi-Fi network with both of these routers would require that both be re-configured for a "roaming" type network.
With this type of network both routers would still broadcast their own Wi-Fi network, but both would use the same network name (aka SSID) and use the same wireless security type & password ... so wireless clients will just "see" one network to connect to.
