    Good luck suckers!  I spent over 3 hours with tech support last night only to find out on the return call this morning that it's all about icloud/apple and the latest software update............Yes, this problem is ongoing since DEC 2!!  Unbelievable...........no fix available  presently.  You have to back up to iTunes EVERYDAY, if you want to ensure your content/data is safely backed up.  I was just told this by Apple.  Buying a new phone will NOT resolve this, it's the same with the 6's.
