Put it in a rice bag, as quickly as you can, or you can order some ''drying bag'' online, but i think rice is more powerful. It didn't save my iPhone 3gs tho when i dropped it in snow a long time ago, but it was in snow for like 30 minutes and water got inside, it was too late. Put it in rice as quick as possible, good luck!

Turned off, in a closed container or sealed plastic bag with uncooked rice, or preferably silica dessicant packs. Leave it in there for 5-7 days and cross your fingers. Most times, the damage occurs the instant the internals get wet and short circuit components.
