Q: Can't access the Mac App Store since upgrading 10.11.2
Click on the store icon, store attempt to open with spinning wheel but never shows any of the content pages???
MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), Late 2008 Aluminum Macbook!

Most grateful for the tips! I ran EtreCheck and got system report, then did a safe mode reboot (which took some time) then the system restarted in regular mode (again took some time) Once fully up attempted and was successful getting into the Mac App Store. Not sure what the problem but your tips got me able to access the store.
The EtreCheck was very interesting and pointed out a few things to tweak, fixed and delete. I pretty much just shy of an intermediate level user and don't attempt to jump in over my head!
