Q: iTunes Connect showing a blank page after signing in

iTunes Connect shows a blank page after signing in. I have tried signing in on three browsers. Safari, Chrome & Firefox. It shows a blank page on all 3.I have turned the iMac on and off and tried it again and it still shows a blank page. I have also tried loading it on a windows pc, it shows a blank page there too.

I then tried to load it on a macbook air running the same version of chrome as mine and it loads on that. Any idea why this might be happening?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Seems to be working now. I have no idea whats up, but the service status never changed from green so there is definitely a problem with their process.

I'm getting the same thing as ba_rt.  I can get in on my iphone but not through desktop - tried chrome and safari.  Trying to get in so I can submit an update for my app.

Finally got it to work, after doing "Empty cache and hard reload"(which did not work yesterday)

Absolute lifesaver - this video shows you how to fix it. Remember that after you edit the .js file, you have to press cmd + s to "save" your locally changed file. This whole video is short using Chrome. Not my work so thank the appropriate dev for this: http://www.mcewan.nz/ios-development/

It happened with me too, I tried updating my Apple ID password and clicked on the Invite Link again, and boom... it worked.! I think you can just update anything on your Apple ID and it should work. Hope that works for you too.

    Thanks

    Rishi
