Jan 7, 2016 6:22 PM in response to Triakerby Triaker,A bit more information. I went to the printer and reset the connection to my network. The printer then printed a connection results page that showed the printer was connected to the network and had excellent connection to the network.
I did try to use the IP address to connect, and the computer was able to correctly identify the printer, but when I tried to set it up, I kept getting an error message.
HELP!
