Q: Bootcamp Causing MacOS crash?

I have severe issues on the on Mac Os side of things. This has happened post installing El Capitan. But that could just be my uneducated guess. What really has been happening is this; every night I log out of Mac OS and move to Bootcamp with Windows 10 to watch movies on MPC-HC with madVR. Once done watching I shut off and switch on the laptop the next morning. Now, couple of different things have happened at different instances. Once, on the opening screen with the apple, it took a long time for the laptop to read and then it shut off instead of moving on to the login screen. At other time, there was no apple partition to be discovered. In both instance, disk utility could not read the partition and I had to use Disk Warrior. Sometimes I get back to the OS without any harm done but at times the OS has been wiped clean of all files except OS files, like a clean re-install. This is when I use an existing Time-Machine backup to get my files back. This happened right now too and I am quite fed up. With this problem and Apple changing my damaged screen with a yellow tinted screen is really putting me off the brand that i have lived with for close to twenty years. Hope you guys can help me find a solution to this.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

rebooting your computer from bootcamp back to OS X should not destroy partitions or wipe files from your drive.

A prolonged boot could be caused by File Vault and if it's on you may wish to shut it off an test the behavior.

secondly why is your screen damaged? was the computer dropped?

If your computer is under warranty call Apple and make an appointment with the genius bar to have the system examined.

    Hi,

My Filevault is disabled. In fact have never used it. I agree that logging in to Bootcamp should have no adverse effect on Mac OS, but there is and quite a drastic one. Don't know if El Capitan has anything to do with it.

Well I live in Mumbai and the humidity here probably made patches appear all round the screen. Apple did change it but the replaced screen has a yellow tint to it, unlike the blue-white of the original screen. They have agreed to change it but we are waiting for the screen to arrive.
