Q: Slowing down and running out of memory.

I need help Also when I leave the computer for over an hour it takes a long time to react when I click on anything, also see below. I have run System Diagnostics from the Activity monitor and EtreCheck.
I am running out of memory I am now down to 46Mb and I have 8Gb installed.
