Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with iTunes. I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing or describing, but if you are having issues playing back music in iTunes (but otherwise iTunes launches and behaves normally), you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

Jan 9, 2016 4:49 PM in response to MikeeP1981by turingtest2,If you've exhausted the suggestions above and still have no joy try using Ctrl+B to enable the menu bar if hidden, then use Edit > Preferences > Playback and look at the entry for Play Audio Using. This will normally be set to either Direct Sound or Windows Audio Session. Changing to the other setting may sometimes help.
Otherwise see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates, tear it all down, and reinstall.
