Keypad layout stuck on screen when responding to notifications from lock screen. Anyone having similar issue? If so how to fix it? This will go only if a text is typed using keypad by selecting the text area (like any sms or something which uses keypad).

    Hi there Stikapardhi,

It looks like your keyboard is stuck on your screen after replying to a notification from an app on your Lock Screen. If this happens with any app that has a notification you can reply to on the Lock Screen, then I would quit all the running apps on the phone. If it is only one or two apps that seem to be affected then I would quit those apps, along with the Settings app:

Force an app to close in iOS

    1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
    2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
    3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, I would delete the third party keyboard and the phone:

Remove, rearrange, or delete third-party keyboards

To manage your third-party keyboards, go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Edit. Here you can remove your keyboards and arrange the order they’re in.

You can also delete a keyboard by deleting the companion app you installed from the App Store. This will also remove the keyboard from Settings.

From: Use third-party keyboards on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Restart the phone, and reinstall the keyboards app again and test it out:

    Download your past purchases

If the issue continues to persist then can you test it out without the third party keyboards installed?Thank you for using Apple Support Communities let us know how that goes!
