Q: My rescue email is incorrect and I cannot change it.

For my iPhone: After unsuccessfully answering my security questions correctly (the answers entered were correct) I elected to use the "Rescue Email" to change the security questions. I have not received an email to change the security questions. Additionally, the "rescue Email" appears to be incorrectly entered in my iPhone. Please advise.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
