Nov 17, 2015 4:07 PM in response to Rolly555by Duane,On that site it indicates that for all iMac late 2009 Windows 7 is the maximum Windows version possible. Therefore it is not possible to use Windows 10 in bootcamp on your iMac.

Jan 10, 2016 6:14 PM in response to Duaneby zer0ed,Totally false. I've done it. Windows10 will install fine via Bootcamp from your Superdrive. There's also ways to get it to install from a USB Key or external USB DVD drive although the process is a more involved procedure.

Jan 10, 2016 7:22 PM in response to Rolly555by dialabrain,FWIW, According to Microsoft, any computer running Windows 7 can be upgraded to Windows 10. So it would stand to reason any Mac that can run Windows 7 can run Windows 10.
As far as EveryMac.com, The last version of Boot Camp they mention is 3.x. Boot Camp Assistant is now at version 6.0.1. They don't have any information beyond Windows 7 at all and obviously it is possible to install Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 in Boot Camp.
So if your Mac can run Windows 7, I don't see any reason it couldn't run Windows 10.
