Q: IMPA Accounts Stopped Working
Last evening I was able to connect to, send, and receive from two e-mail accounts using IMAP (iCloud and one other). The computer slept overnight, and this morning I cannot access either. The connection eventually times out, and Connection Doctor reports that it could not connect to the servers.
These are two different companies (Apple and one other), with two different locations, and different servers. I am able to connect to both via web mail options, so I know it isn't on their end. My Exchange account and all my SMTP accounts show as green in Connection Doctor. Only the IMAP accounts are red.
It seems to me like this is a Mail issue, but since I didn't change any settings or update any software overnight... I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated!
