Q: i can't authorise my computer on itunes with windows 10

I have a new computer and have windows 10, now I cannot authorise my computer to link with ITunes and also cannot link my ipod touch with the computer either

    Hi there Casamays,

     

    It sounds like you are having some sort of difficulty authorizing your PC with iTunes installed. I am little unclear on what is happening, but if it keeps asking you to verify your information then I would use the following article to help you troubleshoot that issue:

     

    If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer

     

    If that is not the case, can you elaborate on what is happening when you try to authorize the computer? Is there an error message of some sort? Thank you for using Apple Support Communities, take care.
