Q: My past purchases are not showing on the iTunes store

You've checked to see if you've hidden them from the Purchased section for redownloading : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If they are no longer in your country's store, or if you've moved countries since buying them, you won't be able to redownload them, you will have to copy them back from your backup of your downloads/library that you've been keeping and maintaining.

The 'hidden purchases' section will only show if you have purchases that are hidden on your account.

Does the second part of my above reply apply ?
