It sounds like the Sonos app on your phone doesn't seem to be working correctly for some reason. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help with that issue:
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
In step one it tells you to restart the app, and I would also recommend restarting the Music app on your phone as well as the Sonos app. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities, let us know how that goes!

It must be a problem at Apple.
I get the same message on my Ipad & PC app running windows 10
I can, however, buy the album through Itunes but not listen on the Sonos with apple music
