Initially, I would suggest trying the steps outlined in the resource below to troubleshoot the issue you are having with the camera freezing and displaying a black screen. iPhone 6s camera freeze to blur
reboot not helps
fresh backup restore not helps
fresh phone setup as new not helps
even getting new iPhone not helps (when with the same cpu)
