    It means the website is making the browser go to too many different pages before letting one load correctly. so the browser gives up after several redirections.

     

    Since you are on an iPad it may be trying to send you to the mobile version of the website, and then for some reason directing you back to the regular one which again tries to direct you back to the mobile version, and the cycle repeats again.  

     

    This is usually an error with the website's code that the website admins need to fix.
