Q: HP Officejet 4500 not showing in image capture on el Capitain
Ive been using a 4500 on my old mac for 3 years works ok with image capture since the HP software ceased to support. Ive installed on the El Capitain Mac5K and works fine as a printer (direct USB attached) and can also share across my network. But I run image capture and nothing shows. Thus New Imac and No scanner - any ideas anybody. clicking the scan tab in settings also shows nothing see attached
