Hi, my Mom has an AT&T Iphone 6, given to here by a nephew. She's elderly and new to tech. Question is- can she use the phone as a mobile hotspot? She's in Puerto Rico and doesn't have home internet service. Unfortunately, I am 3K miles away and unfamiliar with Apple products. Thanks!

Assuming the cell carrier she is using on her iPhone supports Personal Hotspot she should be able to. Note that some carriers charge extra for Personal Hotspot usage, so it would be best to talk to the carrier and figure out exactly what is supported, and what the cost would be if she goes over her allotted data plan.
