Only by purchasing an iTunes Store gift card and leaving enough of its balance to pay for the storage.

ok so i loaded a gift card to my itunes - now how do i let them know that i want to make one yearly payment

You can’t tell them. You need to leave enough of its balance for the monthly payments to come out of it; this is essentially prepaying them instead of actually getting an annual plan.

ok - thx for your help... i just didnt want to have .99 per month - but i guess thats fine.
