Q: Iphone6 and IpadAir will not connect to hotel WIFI but my $350 HP laptop connects without issue?

I have an Ipad air with 9.1 and just purchased a new Iphone 6S. Neither Apple device will connect to the Residence Inn WIFI but my cheapy HP laptop connect without issue. Any advice would be appreciated?

iPad Air, iOS 9.1, Iphone 6 won't connect either

Do you have another browser on your devices? I've often had issues with the 'agree to our terms' page not coming up on iDevices via Safari, but will come up if I use another browser. (I have Atomic). Once I agree to the terms on another browser I can use Safari if I wan to to surf.
