I understand you are having an issue signing in to the Netflix app on your Apple TV. Let's see if we can get that working for you.
You should se a sign in link on the free trial page, but if you don't try out some of the steps in the article below. It will have you quit the app and relaunch it as well as deleting the app and downloading it again. If that does not work, then you will want to contact Netflix.
