Q: Apple Pay not working

I changed credit card in Apple pay and now it doesn't work. An exclamation point appears and says I have to use a passcode or thumb scan in order to use it but doesn't give me an option for either. How can I fix this?

Thanks Jonathan,

I've used it before with a different card. I guess I should have mentioned that. I changed cards and now it doesn't want to work. I just removed and added it back so I'll see if that ends up working.
