Q: Not able to post reply "Thank you"

I am not able to post "Thank you" to the person who helped me last nigh on the Apple Support Communities.

When I am ready to post and click "Reply" - the red warning sign comes up "User 'Grayn280' is banned from posting content - I am not that person. What can I do to send the "Thank you Reply" to Kenichi Watanabe?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

That is an issue with the forum software. Try signing out of the forum, then sign back in again.

Thanks for your help I was able to send a thank you note to him.  I received the 'fake e-mail' from Apple with graphics reminded me of very much of Apple - it said "we are going to cancel iCLOUD account".  Since I use the account for everything I clicked the button on my e-mail without checking the message's long header in worry luckily the website had sign of Forbidden so I did not write in anything and I changed the password and the security questions.  I better be more careful.  I have been using apple computers since 1980 time flyby.

    Thanks again "stedman1"
