Q: Lost my connection between all my Apples

The other day (Monday I think) my MacBook Pro said it had a someone was trying to get on my account from another computer and if I recognized it I should ignore it but if I didn't that I should change my password. I know that I don't share my password with anyone else so I changed my password and everything worked fine for the rest of the night. Then staring on Tuesday when I went to class I signed in (with my new password) and I had to enter my old password on about 10 iCloud things? So I entered all my old passwords and didn't think much about it and then the next day I entered my new password to sign in and then I had the sign into the same 10 programs with my old password again. I thought that was really weird... And then just today, I went to send my mom an iMessage and first it wouldn't sent and second it was green. When I normally sent messages to my mom on my MacBook Pro or my phone its usually blue but now it wasn't blue on my MacBook Pro, it was green. I sent her the same message on my iPhone and it came up blue. This is weird to me, can you guys help me with why its doing this and what I can do to fix it? Thanks everyone.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), iOS 9.2
