One of my friend suggested me to change country and see if I get that None option which I tried but still I dont see None option. All I want is download the free software from the store I'm no gonna purchase any paid apps. The process is the same as the one outlined in the Apple document. You MUST follow the instructions precisely. If you skip a step or do it int eh wrong order or skip a step you will not be able to create the Apple ID without a card.

Debit cards are not acceptable forms of payment in the App Store. If you don't have a credit card, purchase and enter and iTunes gift card.
