Q: I cannot access my iCloud

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

All of a sudden I am unable to log into iCloud or iTunes, What I have been using for a long time, suddenly IS NOT recognized by Apple. I tried to set up a new iCloud using another email address I have not used for iCloud and iI get the message that email address is in use. I have other email addresses, I have never used and all of them are in use. Now I cannot even send a text.

Please advise
