On my personal network, I have access control turned on and when you attempt to connect with a device not authorized, it yields similar behavior. It will not connect despite having all the correct information.

Jan 16, 2016 3:02 AM in response to AndreRMby trevno,★HelpfulI'm getting the same error, I woke up to find my Apple TV was asking for my iTunes password for the first time ever without a prompt, then when I try to login, it said error trying to get a response from the Apple Server, now it just says Cannot Connect to iTunes Store, and shows a blank grey screen. I verified my Apple ID and password on my PC, iPhone, and iPad just now so it's still a working ID, but what is going on with the Apple TV servers?
