Jan 16, 2016 3:55 AM in response to Shaunal4by Elfenfilm,I have the same problem with an iPhone 5S and for me it works to plug it into iTunes, click the "recover" Button, then an error pops up and iTunes won't find the iPhone anymore. Unplug and replug your phone (it should show "connect to iTunes" on the screen of your phone) and you should be able to recover it.
This is what works for me. But sadly mine falls back to this mode eventually.
Good luck with yours
