Q: how to reset my macbook pro with retina to factory settings?

I have purchased a Macbook Pro with Retina display and installed windows8 and windows7 using parallels.. I have unknowingly deleted some  application files of adobe cs6 and cc trial ...Now i can neither remove them permanently nor be ale to use them. i don't know how to remove them permanently. I would like to know how to reset to factory settings to have a clear install.
