Feb 28, 2016 9:38 AM in response to lucyshawby Terence1244,How did you delete it? Do you have to be logged out of your Apple ID on that device for 90 days or something? I logged out of my Apple ID on every setting but it won't let me click the Remove button.

Sep 29, 2016 9:01 AM in response to the_Björnby Merc835,So, this process is pretty straight forward. But, I have ten (10) devices in my acct (big family) and I recently upgraded my phone (6s Plus to 7 Plus). When I try to "manage" my devices, all 10 devices are greyed out including the iPhone I just swapped out under Apple's program. In short, I can't add my new phone, as well as manage the acct. I'm thinking the answer is to call into support, but I dread that...first world problems...I get it.
