Q: El Capitan Frequent Kernel Panics

Hi community! Long time follower, first time poster. Been using Apple products my whole life and can usually dig myself out of pretty much any situation. But this one has been truly stumped.

Essentially the problem is since upgrading to El Capitan (fully updated) my Macbook Pro Mid 2010 (Mac 7.1) has been kernel panicking very frequently. I notice it happens most often after waking from sleep. But also occurs during usage at times. I've done the standard uninstall all 3rd party active tools, running in safe mode with no avail. I will provide an example crash log below, the BSD process is normally one of a few different things, but the loaded kexts is usually the same.
