Q: Editing a Long Video into a number of Clips to be Accessed for a Project
Hello:
I am capturing video clips from video games that are usually about 1 hour long. I want to then take those 1 hour videos and select various 2 minute segments and save those clips for future use and apply the keywords, rating, etc to them.
The goal being is that once I have enough 2 minute highlights to then create a project where I can piece together all these clips.
Could someone point me in the right direct as to how I would do this?
Thank you

You can make range selections of clips in the Browser by either clicking and dragging or by skimming through the clip and hitting i for the start and o for the end. For multiple ranges, hold down the command key when you drag ro set the ranges or to use the i and o method, hold down the Shift key.
If you want to isolate those selections as :sub clips, hit F to :mark them as favorites. Then filter in Favorites.
