What version of iOS are you running? Newsstand was eliminated with iOS 9.

I am using ios9 on my iPad mini4. I know the app went away but now the magazines are in the newsstand folder. Weight Watchers is the only magazine (out of about a dozen other subscriptions) that I am having a problem with.  When I first logged in I could see the Jan/Feb 16 issue and downloaded it.  It gave me a popup message saying something about version 5.2 and format might be different.  Then when I looked at the library the issue was missing.  I don't know if this is because maybe the magazine app is not up to date or what.  It is not update ready in the app store.  I am frustrated because I have a paid subscription for the next 3 years that includes the digital version.  I have two years of issues on my iPad so it is only current issues I have a problem with.

If you can see the previous issues, but you can't see the new one, contact the app developer. That's a content issue.
