Q: Syncing clips

I am trying to sync two clips. I've selected the two clips by using the Command key but the option to "synchronize clips..." is greyed out. What am I missing? Thanks for any help. I am a real amateur.

IBook G4 IMac, Mac OS X (10.4.10), IMAC is system 10.4.7

WWhat are the exact specs of the clips? Clips can be anything. Post screenshots.

Switch to list view. I'm only seeing one item selected there. If the clips are in different events. You have to select the clips in the event browser. If the vent browser is active, the events will appear as gray in the libraries browser not as blue as seen here.
