I cloud is showing in find my ipod that my ipod is offline when I am online with it right now? It is also not showing my lost device in devices . I have 2 ipod 5 touches. I lost one, got another, found the first one then lost my new one. The only differences is the 32 g and new one is 64 g. Apple helped me set them up because i had them help me with recovery for apps and all. I cloud never one time has given me a address for my lost device it always says offline.
Could someone please respond? I really thank yall for helping me, I am learning slowly but I am trying.
