Jan 17, 2016 11:08 PMby Ingo2711,Did you try to set it back to factory settings, without using the backup data afterwards? Set up the personal data manually and test the screen orientation. If it still is stuck in landscape mode, get the phone checked by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
