Q: If i delete photos of my iPhone, will they be deleted on my macbook? I don't have icloud photo library on, only photo stream?

When i delete a photo off my iPhone, it says this photo will be deleted on photo stream across all your devices, so does that mean they will be deleted on my macbook too?

    Greetings Bobodot,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

From your question, I understand that you are looking for some information about deleting photos from My Photo Stream. It sounds like you would like to understand how deleting from My Photo Stream works and where the photos are deleted from.

My Photo Stream works across all of your devices that have My Photo Stream enabled and keeps your most recent 1000 photos in that album. If you delete a photo from the My Photo Stream album, it is deleted from that album across all of your devices.

However, prior to deleting, you can import those photos to your Mac, for example. Once imported, that photo will be safe on your computer even after deleting from the My Photo Stream album.

How do I delete photos from My Photo Stream?

You can delete photos from My Photo Stream on your iOS device or Mac when you tap   or click Delete.

On your PC, select the photos that you want to remove from My Photo Stream, right-click, and then select Delete. When you delete a photo from My Photo Stream on one device, it will be removed from Photos and iCloud. The photos you import from My Photo Stream to your other devices won’t be deleted.
