Check that your watch is charged. Try placing it on the charger with power connected for 2 to 3 hours:
- Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If it still does not turn on, try force restarting it again: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.
If that does not help, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch serviced under warranty:

Jan 18, 2016 8:55 AM in response to Jonathan UKby clpirn09,I did follow some of your previous postings that is cleaning the back etc. I did plug is up again for about 30 minutes and when I got your reply I checked on the watch. Apparently it was not set on the charger correctly overnight and was totally out of power. It's currently at 14% charge and working fine and charging. Thanks for your help.
