Q: iPhone 6 pictures come out completely dark with flash on
why do my images come out completely dark when using flash? Even if I take a picture where there's light with the flash on they come out completely dark. The phone that I'm having problem is iPhone 6 and iOS is up to date. could it be apps that are causing the problem? Or is it a hardware defect? Ive tried resetting the phone, uninstalling third party apps, and made sure it wasn't the phone case causing the images to come out dark.

To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, using iTuns on your computer, as explained in this article:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
Set up the personal data manually, don't use the latest backup or install any 3rd party apps. Then test the camera without any case or protective film attached.
If the photos still come out wrong, this is hardware related and the phone has to be serviced by Apple.
