    Which country's support are you trying to contact, what country are you in, and what country do you have as the country on your account ? You should only need to contact US support if you have a US iTunes account, which you have to be in the US to use - being in a country is part of the store's terms.

    You chose the country for your account. What country did you choose, and are you currently in that country ? You have to be in a country to use its store, that is part of the store's terms (terms that you agreed to when you created the account, and chose the country)
