Jan 18, 2016 11:53 PM in response to MorrisLivesby Ingo2711,Could it be the U2 album, that has been gifted to all users by Apple in the past?

Jan 19, 2016 9:03 AM in response to Ingo2711by MorrisLives,Nope, I'm familiar with the U2 download. These new songs are of unheard of bands that are totally outside of my or my wife's likes and were NOT there prior to the upgrade.

Jan 19, 2016 9:30 AM in response to MorrisLivesby Ingo2711,What results do your get in your iTunes music library on the Mac, if you mark on one of those songs and then use "cmd+i" to see more info about the song?
That should at least tell you more about who downloaded it, when it has a been bought etc.
Maybe another AppleID is also shown or other personal data.

Jan 19, 2016 9:38 AM in response to Ingo2711by MorrisLives,That's the weird thing. They don't show up in iTunes...only on my iPhone. So I can't seem to get rid of them. I have a feeling they're in "the cloud" somewhere, but again, I NEVER bought these songs.

Jan 19, 2016 9:49 AM in response to MorrisLivesby Ingo2711,Did you subscribe to Apple Music?
Did you try to delete them from your Music app by taping on the three little dots next to the title of the song and then tap on "delete from my music"?

Jan 19, 2016 9:56 AM in response to Ingo2711by MorrisLives,I don't subscribe to Apple music, but when I hit the 3 dots...YAY!...I trashed them. I did notice however that upon deleting them, there was a message saying, "You can restore your deleted purchases later from your account summary on your computer."
And that's the thing...I NEVER purchased them.
Thanks for your help! -
Jan 19, 2016 10:02 AM in response to MorrisLivesby Ingo2711,You're welcome, at least you could delete them from your device.
But it would still be interesting what would happen if you check your purchase history in iTunes on your Mac and see if they are listed
